My husband and I have bought two houses and sold one with Alex. I can't speak highly enough of him. I could write a novel of a review but all I'll say is that this man gets it done. He is simply top notch, and never makes you feel like you're not worth his time, even if you don't have millions to spend.
Alex was very professional and patient with my family and I. We had a total of 3 escrows that never ended due to some type of issue(i.e apprasial, home inspection, and disagreement). Alex never gave and never stopped searching for our new home, addtionally whenever we had a question or problem he was very quick a responding and always fought for us. Once we found our new home and opened escrow he guided us through every step of the way. Once we closed he handed us the keys and welcomed us into our new home. He has an intimate knowledge of Pasadena and its surroundings and his insights and anecdotes were extremely helpful in choosing our location.
